Online orders usually requires up to 48 hours to process before they can be shipped. Estimated delivery time is based on the selected shipping method plus order processing time. Premium (special order) products may require up to 15 business days before they can be shipped. If the order is cancelled within 15 business days by no fault of Topgearautoparts, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied toward the product price.
Upon check out, please remember to select the appropriate state/country and shipping service that corresponds to your delivery address. If the information does not correspond correctly with the delivery address, we reserve the right to withhold your order from shipment until the situation is corrected, and you will be contact by phone or email to discuss the appropriate and correct shipping rates.
SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES
We use UPS Ground or USPS as standard delivery service (excluding oversized items). For UPS service, please provide a UPS deliverable address (no PO Box). Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping date and a tracking number. Please note that if you provide an invalid email address or did not include an email with your order, you will not receive an email confirmation. If the packages are refused or returned to shipper due to a invalid address or under any circumstances, a 30% restocking fee will incur, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If UPS Ground delivery is not available for your shipping address and/or your order contains one or more oversized items, other shipping carrier option will be provided. Delivery time may vary by carrier. Some shipping carriers other than UPS may not provide a tracking number, but you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping date once your order is shipped. Again please note that if you provide an invalid email address or did not include an email with your order, you will not receive an email confirmation.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
We will ship worldwide and we will use the suitable shipping carrier for your country. However, our website does not provide international shipping calculation at this time. If you are an international customer and wish to order from our web site, please contact us directly at 1-888-989-0089 or Info@topgearautoparts.com to place an order with a representative, and the correct shipping and handling charges will be provided then. We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties that may be encountered if you are an international customer.
All our standard UPS shipping are insured, and we are not able to use a customer’s own shipping carrier account for the shipments.
